I made this shirt because...

The design on this t-shirt depicts a stone edifice with the foreboding warning "resistance is futile". This image represents established power (ie. the government, the oppressor, the occupier...) warning the people not to attempt revolution or resistance since it will be crushed. The red ink above the chiseled official message represents the response of the resistance rendered in spray paint. It appropriates the established powers' warning and turns it on its head, "You say we should just give up and quit resisting, but we say you should give up and quit resisting our resistance. Our struggle will ever grow up through the concrete of your repression until it overtakes and defeats it."
